A: -If you’re seeking the upgraded version of the BT20A, please consider the BT20A Pro amp. -In terms of accessories, a set of 24V/4.5A power cables and an instruction manual will be provided. Note: Remote control, banana plugs and extra cables are not included.

Q: Can you control the BT20A’s volume from a tablet or phone via bluetooth connection as I do not want to walk to the device to alter the volume. A: You can control the volume directly from the audio source via the Bluetooth connection.
